Jonathan Nicholas is a landscape, travel and portrait photographer currently residing in Colorado Springs. Originally from the East Coast, he moved the Colorado in early 2019. He began photography in the world of film, before the shift to digital in the early 2000s. Having done more commercial portrait work with magazines and clothing companies in Florida and Southern California prior to living in Colorado, he now spends the majority of his time shooting and teaching landscape photography while in the US. Although he spends most of his time shooting landscapes and teaching workshops in Colorado and the Western United States, you can also find him traveling to all corners of the world, doing photo and video work for companies, tourism boards and private buyers.
